2. Eligibility

To use Ticardo, you must:

  • Reside in a country where Ticardo is available

  • Pass our Know Your Customer (KYC) and identity verification process

  • Not be on any government sanctions list


3. Services Provided

Ticardo offers:

  • Account creation and onboarding

  • Identity verification via Stripe Identity or third-party providers

  • Creation and management of virtual debit cards

  • Secure top-ups via ACH, debit/credit cards, or bank transfers

  • Real-time transaction monitoring

  • Spending controls and card security settings

Note: Ticardo is not a bank. Financial services are provided in partnership with licensed providers such as Stripe, and funds are held by regulated institutions.


4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or account misuse

  • Only use Ticardo for lawful personal or business purposes

You may not:

  • Use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt Ticardo’s systems

  • Circumvent usage limits or verification procedures


5. Fees and Charges

Certain services may include fees, such as:

  • Top-up processing fees

  • Card creation or replacement fees

  • Monthly maintenance or inactivity fees (where applicable)

All fees will be transparently disclosed during your use of the platform. By continuing to use Ticardo, you consent to these charges.


6. Third-Party Services

We partner with regulated third parties (e.g., Stripe, identity verification services, banks) to deliver core functionality. By using Ticardo, you also agree to the terms of those partners, which may be presented separately during onboarding.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays, outages, or failures caused by third-party providers

  • Errors resulting from their systems or data sources


7. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or fail verification

  • Freeze funds or restrict card activity under suspicion of fraud, abuse, or legal violation

  • Discontinue any part of the service at our discretion with prior notice

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ticardo website, app, and services — including branding, logos, designs, and code — is owned or licensed by Ticardo and may not be copied or reused without permission.


9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ticardo is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • Availability or uptime of the platform

  • Accuracy of information provided by third parties

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

You use Ticardo at your own risk.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ticardo will not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of funds due to unauthorized activity if caused by your negligence

  • Errors by third-party payment processors or financial institutions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to use Ticardo in the past 12 months.


11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
